One of the best things I've ever seen...give it a few minutes and he just starts going!

I can't see the switch, but I assume he's playing on the neck pickup, correct? He's getting a tone that most of us only can dream of getting.

OK, I finally saw the switch; he's on the bridge pickup.

Not a fan but he's a great player

I think he's a d-bag but mostly because he's a better player than me and most certainly gets more chicks in a year than I'll have my whole life

That was cool, I like the way he engages with his audience.
It certainly gives more of an incite into the guy, than a newspaper gossip column.
He is a good player.
If you follow him at all you'd know he grew up at some point in the last 10 years, moved out to the middle of nowhere in Montana away from the whole celebrity thing and changed his behavior a lot. That tends to happen somewhere between 25 and 40 for most people, IIRC he's 37 or 38 now.
Definitely on the bucket list to see him live, but I want to see him with Dead and Company or his Blues Trio.. I wish he'd just ditch the pop songs for good. His last album was WAY too pop.

a great, great player who gets a lot of flak on the guitar forums. I guess it was his earlier gushy pop stuff that did him in here.
I dunno. He's got a world of talent and I dont own a single album by him.

The PRS he pulled out at the end was pretty and all, but I LOVE the sound of that Tele.
