Must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or sell this ticket. Winners need not be present to win at any drawing. Pay Day drawings will be held in the Advancement Office. Winners will be notified by mail.

The primary buyer is responsible for keeping their e-mail receipt and card transaction record in the event that verification of purchase is needed. No postcards will be mailed as receipt of purchase for online raffle ticket transactions.

Only the first 5,000 tickets registered and processed by the Schlarman Advancement Office will be included in the drawings. The earlier you purchase your ticket the more chances you have to win. Winning tickets go back in for each drawing with the exception of the main drawing where winning tickets are displayed as they are drawn.

Each ticket costs $100 and there is no limit on how many tickets a single individual can purchase. The more tickets you buy the better your odds of winning!

Yes, you can buy multiple tickets with family and friends! Only one (1) individual may be identified as the purchaser (or buyer) of the raffle ticket. You may add up to four additional names per ticket (for a total of 5) at the time of purchase. No additional names may be added after initial ticket purchase. Please note: groups must designate a primary name, address and phone on ticket to be responsible for tax liability.

Tickets are available for purchase by phone, online at www.schlarman.com, by mail, from one of our dedicated salespersons and at various locations in the Danville area. Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets at one time.

Tickets may be purchased by cash, check, Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. You may mail a check to Schlarman Academy Advancement Office, 2112 N. Vermilion, Danville, IL 61832. You may call to purchase tickets by phone toll free 800-747-0880 or locally 217-442-1184, purchase online at www.schlarman.com or, if you prefer to pay with cash, please call us for a list of local outlets.

The Schlarman Advancement Office will mail a verification postcard (this is your purchase receipt) to the primary registered ticket buyer once your check or credit card has been processed. Please allow 15 business days for your confirmation to arrive. Schlarman Academy and its volunteers assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or undelivered entries. Please note you will only receive one verification postcard per order regardless of how many tickets are purchased at that time. Online buyers will not receive a verification postcard as they will receive receipt upon purchase.

Our raffle tickets are numbered by a self advancing numbering machine after they are successfully processed for accounting purposes only. The actual ticket with all name and address information is what is drawn at the drawings. The number has no significance to the ticket buyer.

The Payday drawings will be held on the Schlarman Academy grounds at approximately 1:00 p.m. on the following dates: March 8, 15, 22, April 5, 12, & 19. Our Special 27th Anniversary drawing will be held on April 27th with time and place TBA. To be included in the weekly Payday Drawings and the special drawings we must receive your paid ticket/ticket order by 12:00 Noon in the Advancement Office on the day of the drawing. The Main Drawing will be Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Turtle Run Banquet Center, 332 E. Liberty Lane, Danville, IL. The doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the drawing will begin at 9 p.m. Online sales will end at 12 Noon CST on Saturday, April 27th to allow for processing of tickets for the Main Drawing.

Our 2024 Drawing Party is open to the public and will once again feature the popular band, American Pie. We will offer beverage bands (keg beer 7-10 p.m.) to registered Schlarman raffle ticket buyers (21 years of age and over with valid I.D.) In order to receive your beverage band, you must check in at the designated tables where ticket purchase and age I.D. will be verified.

To be included in the weekly Payday and Special Drawings we must receive your paid ticket/ticket order by 12:00 Noon on the day of the drawing. For the Main Prize drawing tickets will be available at Turtle Run Banquet Hall until 8:45 p.m. (unless 5,000 have been sold prior). Online orders must be completed by 12 Noon on Saturday, April 27, 2024 in order to be processed for the Main Drawing.

Payday and Special Drawing Winners are also included in subsequent drawings as well as the Main drawing.

No, you do not need to be present to win any of the drawings. The winners will receive written notice of their prize.

No. The IRS has ruled that a raffle ticket is NOT tax deductible, but you should check with your tax advisor for additional information.

Yes. When you are contacted about your winnings and provide identification you can declare the name of the person to receive the winnings. The primary name on the ticket is responsible for all taxes and fees. You can also donate your winnings back to Schlarman Academy.

The mailing address and information you provide is used only for current and future Schlarman Academy mailings. If at any time you wish to discontinue receiving any information of this nature, please contact us.
