You can find this shrine on the northern part of North Tabantha Snowfield, west of North Lomei Labyrinth.

1 | Enlarge Right after entering, you'll see a chest that is being sandwiched by a steel box. |
2 | Enlarge Get to the chest by using Magnesis on the steel box. You can get to a higher ground and put the steel box to the top of the moving platforms to give you time to switch to Stasis. |
3 | Enlarge Immediately change to Statis to freeze the steel box. Quickly glide down to that chest, which contains a Small Key that will get you inside the shrine room. |
4 | Enlarge Head to the shrine room and get your Spirit Orb. |

Don't panic! You'll have enough time to change from Magnesis to Statis. Everything will pause whenever you change a mode, use that window to anticipate the fall of the steel box. And even if you failed to stop it on its first drop, it will bounce off the chest and will give you another chance to freeze it.

Use Magnesis to lift the cube above the level where the moving platforms are. Wait until a platform is underneath the cube and then rest it on top. Switch to the Stasis Rune and lock the platform or cube in place. Jump down to the treasure chest and open it to find a Small Key.

On entering the shrine you'll first be shown a conveyor belt made up of several moving parts, a socket on the far side, and an orb which passes along the belt periodically. Your task is to freeze the orb using Stasis, then shoot it with an arrow - only one, as more will overshoot it.
