Right after entering, you'll see a chest that is being sandwiched by a steel box.

Get to the chest by using Magnesis on the steel box. You can get to a higher ground and put the steel box to the top of the moving platforms to give you time to switch to Stasis.

Immediately change to Statis to freeze the steel box. Quickly glide down to that chest, which contains a Small Key that will get you inside the shrine room.

Head to the shrine room and get your Spirit Orb.

Changing from Magnesis to Statis

Don't panic! You'll have enough time to change from Magnesis to Statis. Everything will pause whenever you change a mode, use that window to anticipate the fall of the steel box. And even if you failed to stop it on its first drop, it will bounce off the chest and will give you another chance to freeze it.
