My certified peace officer is not showing under my agency or needs to be removed.
Law enforcement agencies in Washington State are required by RCW 43.101.135 to notify the WSCJTC of all certified peace officers, certified tribal police officers, reserve peace officers and corrections officers hired and separated from their agency. If the required form(s) has not been received by the WSCJTC Certification Division, they will be moved between agencies.

How do I get my official transcript?
To get your WSCJTC LMS Official Training Record, email certmail@cjtc.wa.gov. All public requests are governed by WAC 139.02.040 and must be in writing. Please include:
- Full first and last name (maiden and married, if they changed)
- Last 4 SSN (never submit full SSN via email)
- Type of Request (Transcript)
- Your contact information

How does my agency’s Training Officer get trained to use the WSCJTC LMS or the Acadis Portal?
We offer live training with a real person! Please email us at lms@cjtc.wa.gov and request a training session over the phone. Training is available Monday – Friday, 0800-1500.
I need to update my name, email or other information in the WSCJTC Acadis Portal.
Login to the WSCJTC Acadis Portal and follow these instructions to submit changes to your person record. Make a note in the webform if you need LMS updated as well.
My non-sworn (civilian, others) employee is not showing under my agency.
Login to the WSCJTC Acadis Portal and follow these instructions to add/migrate your non-sworn/civilian personnel to the WSCJTC Acadis Portal. Please make a note in the webform if that person also needs to be added to the old LMS for class registration.

When will I hear if I’m accepted into a class?
You will be notified of your attendance status 4-6 weeks before the start of class. Notifications will be sent by system emails that include your registration request, enrollment (acceptance) and all other class and registration status. This is true for both systems.

What if my non-sworn employee leaves the agency and needs to be removed?
Login to the WSCJTC Acadis Portal and follow these instructions to remove your non-sworn/non-certified/civilian personnel to the WSCJTC Acadis Portal. Please make a note in the webform if that person also needs to be removed from your agency in the old LMS.
What if my certified peace officer leaves and needs to be removed from my agency?
As stated above, in order for the WSCJTC to remove a certified peace officer from your agency you must submit a Notice of Officer Separation. Once that is received by the WSCJTC, they will be removed from your agency in LMS.
